cant install WOW

was running out of room on my hard drive so i re-installed WOW onto another drive that has like 90GB on it. Well when I put the cd in im gettin getting this "sorry, the installer was unable to start up, you maybe out of hard drive space"
I deleted what i could in my temp folder so that didnt work. I have searched for all WOW files and deleted all those but still didnt work. Any other suggestions.
