when im trying to join files abt 4 gb size in winrar i gives me error of corrupt file, im sure the file is not corrupt, coz its in the exact size , my C: drive is having just 2 gb remaining so i changed the temp path to some other drive which has got more than 5 gb free space, still its giving me same error, its happening for 2nd time when im trying to join a 4 gb file...

You need room for your paging file as well as the rar file to be joined. I suspect that you still don't have enough space to peform this action.
