Flash Drive To RAW

I once removed my flash drive without using Safely Remove hardware.After sometime I inserted the drive and found that I was NOT able to access my drive.When I checked the properties the file system had changed to RAW.

The thing is I have many IMPORTANT Data in that drive. I want My Data without any damages.

The drive is a 1GB flash drive.PLEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEESE SOMEONE HELP ME TO SOLVE THIS.
