I'm trying to install Windows Live Messenger on a friends laptop, running XP. Midway through the installation, an error message comes up saying:
"Another application had exclusive access to the file 'C:\Program Files\Common File\Microsoft Shared\DW\DW20.EXE'. Please shut down all other applications, then click Retry." What can I do? I don't even know what this DW is. Please help ><
