S-video out with GeForce 7600GS

Does anyone know what commands are needed to get S-video out to a TV on the GeForce 7600GS? I've got the cable running from the card to the TV, but the TV doesn't seem to be seeing any data, and the manual is completely useless. I'm on Vista 32-bit. Thanks!
