Hopefully someone will be able to help me out. I'm at my wits-end and don't know what else to do.

About a year ago, I installed the trial version of PC Tools AV on my PC. I uninstalled, however, we had to do a System Restore shortly after due to a problem I was having and the PC Tools AV file name showed back up in my list of Install/Uninstall Programs, as well as in my Program Files. None of the links work, dead in the water.

I bought a new antivirus program lastnight, and when I went to install it on my computer, it said there was a compatibility issue and I needed to uninstall PC Tools AV first. It won't allow any deletions at all.

I ran HijackThis, clicked to fix that particular file, and it still remains.

I'm up in arms as to what to do next. Does anyone know how I can successfully remove this file from my computer? I've already tried to reinstall PC Tools AV in order to uninstall; however I received the following:

RUNTIME ERROR (at 253:2771): "is not a valid integer value
