trojan generic 45786. Anyone heard of this one?

So its Trojan.Generic.45786 and only my BitDefender 7 detects it but cant do any actions. I cant delete it manually (normal mode, safe mode, dos). Its not in the system (yet), since i didnt run it (its in exe file). No other online virus scans and free malaware scanners finds it (tried dozens). I've searched all over the place and no one ever made a note of this trojan. I've tried also all sorts of programs which could delete those "access denied files" none of them could do anything.. so i've ran out of ideas. Im guessing it has to be so new that no one has even come up with the solution yet. But if anyone heard of it please help me with removing this "s**t". ty
