Asus m2n-e mobo no sound

Hello i am having problem with the m2n-e mobo. I have done everything i can think of, reinstall the os "xp sp2" try automatic updates, and i even tried flashing the bios, tho that didnt work cause it wouldnt allow me to do so. Anyway i have a yellow ! next to my Mulitmedia audio controller, pci device and pci input device. i have an on borad sound card and a sb that i would rather use. this all of a sudden happend after i rebooted my computer. Any ideas?
