Alright, like an idiot I clicked a link on some forums i usually read, and I got something malicious. My search and destroy picked up a few things and I had it not run them. However since then, my Firefox has been closing by itself alot. And this svchost in the processes in my task manager window keeps starting and stopping. Like constantly. It comes up, then it goes away, etc etc etc. non stop. This has never hapened before. I've run AVG and Spybot. Spotbot picked up the trojan and removed it, but its still happening. I need help.

P.S. Here is the log from spybot, from when it first happened. As i said before, Spoybot finds it, and it removes it, but it keeps coming back. THE svchost thing keeps popping up and back in the task manager processes. Even if i go and delete the svchost from windows folder it comes back too.
P.S.S I also tried reinstalling firefox thinking maybe something messed up with it. It still closes by itself.

Hi:

Please go to the Malware section of this forum and follow the instructions at the top. Especially the Malware Removal Guides and Tutorials page. That will give you several steps that will help you clean up most of all problems by yourself. If at the end of the cleanup process you are still having difficulty, and you may not be, then post a hijackthis log in THAT forum.

Please be patient as the "Malware Forum" is a very busy place and a two or three day wait is not unusual.

If you are still having problems after getting a clean bill of health from the Malware Section, please return to this thread. Please do not post a HiJackThis log in this thread unless asked to do so and then only as an attachment. To attach log, when requested, either change the .log extension to .txt, or put the log into a compressed (zipped) folder.

Please post back if your problem has been solved.
