As of now I've been on the computer for a few hours, and it hasnt rebooted yet so, I don't know, I guess ill let you know if it happens again and what it prompts me with.

Well I got it to work so...ive been on my computer for hours and no reboot...what I did was, I went to the Visiontek website and got a driver right from there website worked like a charm...money well spent to on a superb card 34 bucks! thanks everyone for your help, expecially you Troy.
