I was trying to build a new system, but could not get anything to respond when I turn on the computer. I realize the power supply was not making any noise, so I went and got a new power supply and connected everything again and still nothing worked. The new power supply has a light that turns red when on, but the fan does not spin. What is wrong with it? I can not figure it out. Thanks for any help.
