I have an issue that whenever I start my computer "Please wait while windows configures ccCommon" then another box comes up in front of that one & it says: "The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable."

Someone has told me before that ccCommon is a Norton Anti-Virus feature, I currently have deleted Norton but it still appears on my taskbar, my guess is someone just deleted it instead of uninstalling it.

Can anyone please help me?
