I have a 6-year-old IMac.w/ G3 power pc processor. Before I upgraded to 10.3.9, I was able to at least watch video with Quicktime, but streaming from the internet with OS10 sucked! I now have a Motorola 2210-02-1002 modem and ATT DSL and still have same problem with internet video and I downloaded Quicktime 7.0 and tried to install it, but got an error saying HD dimmed because a newer version of quicktime is already installed on the drive? When I search for Quicktime from finder, nothing comes up at all! No quicktime application file shows up on Hard Drive in applications.

I'm ready to give up and just use OS9.2.2 and Classic. Anyone have a solution for this problem? It would be greatly appreciated - I've spent hours trying to solve the problem.
