I am your average computer user (and a girl) and can take care of the basics, but when it comes to network and connections, I'd rather not mess everything up, which is why I'm turning to you with a question.
My internet connection (I connect through a Belkin router, + I made sure I have the latest firmware available) has been kind of slow lately and for the past month kept dropping after 7pm (but not before that, which I thought was kind of strange). I checked the log file yesterday and this is what I got:

I did a whois for these "Blocked by DoS protection" ips and it says some of them are from Europe (Madrid, Amsterdam and the like; I'm from Slovenia) and for some it doesn't display any info at all. I have no idea what all of this means. I know DoS is supposed to be some kind of a denial of service, but when I googled this, pretty much everyone said it was ok and nothing to worry about; but my log says I get these every other second.. :S
Could anyone tell me what all of this means and what to do or maybe direct me somewhere where I can get more information? I'd be really grateful for any kind of help.
