In May of this year I updated my Nvidia GeForce 4 mx 440 from microsoft windows and since then I haven't been able to install any updates. Background intelligent transfer ser bits 2.0 will not update and I don't have service pack 2 anymore. I need service pack 2 to install my Norton anti virus I think. I bought more memory thinking it was causing the prob but no. any ideas?
