I went to a bad link on the World of Warcraft message boards, and my McAfee virus scanner keeps popping up with variations of this message:

The only things that change from message to message are the numbers in the system file being detected and the time/date. McAfee deletes the .exe every time it pops up, but it continues to resurface. I scanned using both McAfee and SpyBot: Search and Destroy, and while both found a few things and cleaned/repaired them, the messages continue. I'd really appreciate any help you guys could give me. Thanks!
UPDATE: These notifications have stopped, but I can't for the life of me figure out why. I've done a few virus scans over the past few days using both McAfee and Avast!, and while they both found a number of things the notifications have continued on pretty regularly until today. I also downloaded the Windows Defender, but it found nothing. I'd be very happy if this strange little keylogger is gone, but I have no way of knowing and I don't want to go around typing in important account information if there's a keylogger still lurking somewhere in my files. Thank you in advance for any help you can offer!
Oh, and one more note: Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware will not work on my system because my McAfee seems to think it's a virus. I can't turn it off to install Malwarebyte's because it's a university requirement for accessing the internet. It also appears to be missing an "off" button.
