hello, i have various infections on my laptop due to an XP Anti-Visus 2008 application. I downloaded the recommended program from this site last night and I no longer see the XP Anit-Virus 2008 on my computer and most of the popups are gone. However I downloaded StopZilla last nite and was prompted that there are 86 infections still on my computer. Also, StopZilla didn't install properly and now I can uninstall the program. I need help removing the following:

Application Tracking cookies
Adware Advertising
Spyware known_badsites
Trojan.caiijinglsd6
Adware Hotbar
Spyware Rogue_anti-spywareproducts
Trojan Popuper
