I always get this pop up window whenever I start my computer up. I always press "OK", and Windows Vista would then proceed to search for a solution, but it never finds one. Here's what it looks like:

The computer seems fine, it doesn't seem slow or anything like that. My internet has been slower than usual, but that can be due to many things.

I'd like to know how to stop those pop ups from coming up whenever I start up my computer.

And while we're on the topic of startup programs, how can I control the programs that start whenever I turn the computer on?

Hello,
This type of messege, with a wierd file name, is usually a sign of mal-ware.
I suggest you go to the Malware Forum and run all the steps located in the START HERE. These self-help tools will help you clean up 70% of problems on your own. If you are still having problems after doing the steps, then please post a HiJackThis Log in THAT forum. If you are unable to run and/or post a HJT log, then post that in your initial post in the topic you create in that forum.

If you are still having problems after being given a clean bill of health from the malware expert, then please return to THIS thread and we will pursue other options to help you solve your current problem(s).
