Hi All

Is there any knid of special diagnostic mode for Windows? I heard about being able to enter when logging off and back on to Windows and then using a key combo control, Windows key and delete. Have not been able to make it work. Any truth to this? Not talking about safe mode.

Thanks, Doug

Safe Mode is the diagnostic mode in Windows. Windows either boots normally, boots into Safe Mode or it doesn't boot at all.

You can toggle a few items of what is effectively diagnostic such as limiting the amount of memory available or always boot in Safe Mode or some other stuff but this is effectively the same as pressing F8 and choosing appropriate options.
