Im trying to put my laptop via my tele,i pressed FN +F4 AND NOTHING HAPPENED,could any one tell me why F4 funtion is not worling?it does not need cleaned.

This is a very vague question and its not clear what you want to do.
What does FN+F4 do or what is it supposed to do? What sort of laptop is it, what brand?
