I am kind of a newbie to solving these type of problems, so please be patient :tazz:

I do have Norton Internet Security, Ad-aware SE, Spybot search and destroy, Spyware Doctor and CWShredder. Have ran all of these multiple times to no avail. Thanks in advance for any help.
