I do not know why my computer is running very slow

I have tried everything I know how in terms of optimizing computer performance, all virus scans come up clean etc etc
I am just at a loss, I guess I do not possess the knowledge to diagnose the problem.
I have DL'd and Run Tune Up utilities, malwarebytes, I have AV anti virus software installed which comes up clean every time and my computer Runs Slow! :)
Please if anyone can see anything causing this loss of performance I would be extremely grateful.
I should be able to provide any data you request.
