Hi -

I have a powerbook g4 with mac os x 10.3.9

Yesterday itunes started randomly crashing. I've tried to reinstall it by downloading it from mac, but when the installer starts to run it says that the software requires 0 bytes of space.

When I get to the "installation type" in the installer, it defaults to custom and won't let me select anything other than the "go back" button.

I've tried re-dowloading the software (and deleting the previous dowloads) several times!

Any advice?

Many thanks,
Ana Maria
