We recently reset our connection to our modem and just as soon as we did the outlook express refused to work. All of a sudden we get Logon pop1.sympatico.ca. Which is in a box with the b1XXXX99 number and password. As soon as we click ok to use said numer and password the pop up comes back continously even though password and number is correct. We can't recieve new emails or send messages out. We do not have norton antivirus but have AVG. As well as this didn't happen until the router was reset and we had to re-enter the connection to connect the computers to the internet. Can somone help so I can get into my emails.
