Hello,

IE and Firefox crash regularly, both are slow (all of a sudden) AND ARE DRIVING ME MAD....!

Also, my system restarts itself unexpectedly, sometimes after a browser has crashed.

My system is malware free (see my previous recent posts).

Please help............

Thanks. :)

Try launching firefox in safe mode:
# In Windows, click Start, open the All Programs list, and navigate to the Mozilla Firefox folder. In the Mozilla Firefox folder, select Mozilla Firefox (Safe Mode).

To reset internet explorer settings:
To invoke RIES from IE7 and IE7+, go to Tools Menu, Internet Options, Advanced Tab and click on Reset button. If Internet Explorer is in a state where it cannot be started, one can get to RIES from Internet Options in Control Panel.
