hi im new here and i really need help i have a dell computer with windows xp and i recently started seeing alot of pop ups and mcafee scans said that they quarentined teh trojan but then i was still having problems and now i have super anti spyware running and it says it did the same thing but the trojandns changer and adware tracking cookie keep coming back every time i reboot and scan again please help me sorry for the poor grammer and punctuation! :)

Please go to the malware forum and follow the instructions at the top....Especially the CLICK HERE.

That will give you several steps that will help you clean up 70 percent of all problems by yourself. If at the end of the process you are still having difficulty--and you may not be-- then post a hijackthis log in THAT forum.
