Hi, I need some advice on a CPU

Hi everybody, great forum you have here. I know a little bit about this, but I'm not sure which is a better deal:

Intel Quad Core Q6600 2.4GHz, 1066FSB, 8MB Cache on a new PC with 256MB ATI Radeon 3650 for $575
or
Intel Core 2 Duo E6550 2.33GHz, 1333FSB, 4MB Cache on a used PC with BluRay Player for $400

Can someone with more expertise please help me decide?

A more interesting question to ask is what do you want to do with the computer.

Are you seriously interested in Blue Ray considering the media alone costs an arm and a leg?
Do you game?

A quad-core at 2.4GHz is nearly always going to outperform a dual-core at 2.33GHz.

What else comes with the used PC? What else comes with the quad-core bundle?
