Hi, recently my computer was reformatted, so i had to reinstall itunes.
i have windows xp home. i now have sp3.
now when i try to start up itunes it comes up with this problem.

iTunes has encountered a problem and needs to close.
We are sorry for the inconvenience.

Please tell Microsoft about this problem.
We have created an error report that you can send to us. We will treat this
report as confidential and anonymous.
And then i have "Send Error Report" and "Don't send" options.

i have found out that you can install quicktime separately but when i try to intsall it, it say.
"this action is only valid for products that are currently installed.
