hi please help when i start my pc i get the following screen
"windows could not start because the following file is missing or corrupt \windows\system32\config\system
press r for recovery options"

this has now happened on several occasions on each time I have to use the system recovery disc this has now been happening for quite a while now could any one please help

Hello wayne7028 and welcome to Geeks To Go

I reccomend doing a full repair to fix the problem you are getting. Please see this post by admin.

When you come to the end of the repair it may ask you to create a new account, don't, instead tell it to skip that step and continue on.
