I'm editing some pictures (removing red-eye) but it will not save the changes. I get the following message:

"Changes to this picture have not been saved. The file may be read-only or you might not have permission to save to the picture's location."

Please can someone help me.

Hello,
Have you checked to see if they were saved as read only files? Right click the picture>properties. If there is a check mark next to "read only" that's your problem. Just uncheck it. If not, are you saving them onto your own "my pictures" folder, or a folder in your account? If you are editing pictures in an account folder that you are not logged into, this will cause problems, if you aren't allowed administrator access.
Try moving the pictures to other random folders and trying it. Test a bit, because I see alot of people have been having similar problems on Vista with there pics.

Best Regards,
Tony
