my computer shows this errors when it starts

sprtcmd.exe

memeolauncher.exe

sprtcmd.exe
with the following words under them:
the procedure entry point getrequestedruntimeinfo could not be located in the dynamic link library mscoree.dll.

IEPLORE.EXE
the ordinal 13 could not be located in the dynamic link library iertutil.dll.

yahoom~1.Exe- ordinal not found

.Net framework initalization error:c/windows/microsoft.net./frame work/v2.0.50727/mscorwks.dll could not be loaded

yahoo widgets.exe
