Hi. I am not quite happy owner of a Transcend Jetflash USB Drive, because a few weeks ago, i plug it in and suddenly it shows up as a USBest USB2FlashStorage USB Device

Basically, it shows as a new device, so i am not able to use the device, because it says 'Please insert disk into drive....'

So i am not able to recover any of my data and i am turning to Geeks to Go Pros to help me out...

Can anyone help me?

I am willing to do anything you ask me to do...

Thanks in advance...
