Hi All,

I am changing computers and I need all of my outlook information to come with me.
Calender information, emails, rules, tasks, networked shared folders, everything

Will a pst file be enough?

Have you taken a look at the Files and Settings Transfer Wizard in Windows XP?
See Microsoft KB Article ID : 293118

It will allow you to selectively transfer files and settings for some or all of your MS applications from your old PC to your new PC.

Good luck!
