can someone plz help me my email adress is removed im having a load of trouble with my vista

i cant watch videos or download adobe flash player please help mucho gracias

Hi.

When you say you cannot watch videos, what do you mean? do the video's not open, or do they open, but only the sound plays, and no pictures? Are you recieving any error messages at all?

If the video opens, but only playes the sound, it is more than likely that you just need to download a codec for the video. If this is the problem i can recommend a Codec pack for vista that i have used, and which has been working very well for me.

What errors/problems are you having with flash player?
