okay, so I had some spy-ware on my computer and couldn't get rid of it. I decided to deleted some of the stuff from it...now my computer won't boot past the blue windows screen. It will run through the set up screeen and the black windows screen but it freezes up when it gets to the blue screen. I have a recovery disk. Any advice would be helpful....Thanks

It is the blue windows start up screen...right before your computer loads up windows. all it says is windows.

the black one? with the logo?

Or the blue screen with a logon box?

Or a text screen with a menu or hardware list?
