Hi! I'm looking for some suggestions. I've created a CD Interface with different Anti-Virus, Anti-Spyware, Firewall, and extras to help... anybody really. This CD includes manual updates and the installer for the Freeware programs. I'd like to have everyones opinion on what other programs I should add to it, since I'm now working on updating it. The list of programs on the CD are:
Comodo, AVG, Ad-Aware, HiJack This!, Spyware S & D, VLC, Firefox portable, Flash player, Winrar, 7-zip, Shockwave, Winace, Daemon, Java.

7-Zip can do everything that WinRAR does, so seems pointless to include them both.
Moreover, 7-Zip is totally free whereas WinRAR is not (it's time-limited shareware).
I can't see potential users of your CD being very impressed with stuff that has a time-limit.
