I have a Dell Inspiron 6000 that freezes up periodically. More frequently now. I have to actually slap or twist the computer to get it to work again. It seems to be primarily in the front left corner that I have to apply pressure or tap to get it to work. When it freezes, it effects my wireless card as well but it remembers most of the keys I have typed in when it unfreezes. I know it is hardware related, possibly a loose wire. Any assistance on where to look or start when my PC is apart would be appreciated.
