desktop hijacked

Hi! ive read the rules n regulations b4 posting this msg;
anyway, my desktop has been hijacked by this blue adware msg tt says "security warning...you have spyware on your computer......"
I cant change it and its stuck there! Also pop-ups keep appearing even when i'm not connected to the net
Before tht there're other adware on my browser but i've gotten rid of them with hijackthis....I really appreciate if anybody can help me!! ;)
