Hi there. A friend of mine told me about this site and said it was awesome when he had troubles. So here goes :) .

So my account on World of Warcraft was hacked from what I believe to be a keylogger (yep...i play wowcrack). I received a notification from Blizzard that my password was changed earlier in the week (Sunday), and I had not authorized it. I went on that morning when I noticed the email and requested a password change by answering my secret question. I've sense recovered my character from Blizzard but I am afraid to log back on to my account due to the keyl ogger. I believe my password was even changed AGAIN after I had had it reset, so that really made me scared. (I think i got the key log from a forum post link :) ). That's when I hopped on my wife's computer and changed practically all my passwords for everything.

So, I ran virus scans (AVG and Spybot) and deleted any 3rd party mods I had for the game. The scanners didn't discover anything serious from what I could tell. And because I'm so paranoid I decided the [bleep] with it! I backed up my media files (videos, songs and pictures) and did a system restore on my computer last night to return it to the factory settings. The only password i've used on this comp now since the restore is the one for my account on this forum!!

After it was restored, I noticed I still had my 60 day free trial with Norton (it is a fairly new computer) and I did a Norton scan on it as well, and it came up clean.

Is it possible for this key logger to still be on my computer after I did a factory restore on my comp (essentially deleting everything from my hard drive and installing the original programs again)?

Just hoping anyone can give me some good advice to make sure my comp is good to use again.

I read the 'Read this first!' post and did all that was asked. I'm gonna post those logs below.

Thanks again in advance to any kind soul willing enough to help out this noob :) .
