I have a ASUS M2V MX-SE with a AMD Athlon X2 processor, an ATI HD Radeon 2600 Pro video card and a 2GB stick or Corsair 800mhz ddr2 ram. I was looking at an XFX GeForce 9800 GT

and OCZ SLI-Ready Dual Channel ram
http://www.tigerdire...p;Sku=O261-8038

Will these work with my mobo/processor? Thanks.

Hi there,

According to the ASUS page, those upgrades should be fine. :)

Just make sure your PSU is up to powering the 9800GT!

Cheers

and also, thanks for the link but how exactly do you tell that the 9800GT will work from the info they give?

Thanks for the help!

Both have PCI-Express compatibility, so they will work together.

PCI-Express x16 and PCI-Express 2.0 are intercompatible.
