anyone please help.,. please .,. please ., please.,.

recently i went to a computer shop to download some files and when i got home I plug my usb and copied the files into my drive suddenly when i started surfing theres this sowar browser attached to my title bar and always direct me to this porn site and i cannot change my home page because even if i did it always turns back to this porn site after which my windows task bar was disabled together with my folder options i can't find it in my control panel thats why i started surfing to get some answers and start reading some forums and found out that some have other problems like mine. I was also directed to go to your site and i just logged in and join in your geekstogo family hoping that i can get rid of these problems and also to be a part of your family.,. here's what i did

1. i solved my problem regarding my windows task manager and folder options by applying what I've red in some forums.,.by typing gpedit.msc in the run option and enabling it
2. i downloaded rsit.exe.,. combofix and hijackthis
3. i did a system scan on hijackthis and i checked the following
disableRegedit=1
(I clicked fix)
4. i went to folder options and deleted the file extension vbe and vbs

after which it seems that it all went back to normal with no sowar browser attached to my title bar when im surfing but i'm still not sure i still can see sowar if i run my msconfig in the the start up i still see the sowar

heres my log using hijack this
