ITunes Store will not connect to the internet

I have read the other thread on this, but I am using Windows Vista Home Premium with SP1. I did the diagnostics test and this is the info that ITunes gave me.

I have tried clearing the DNS Cache like they suggested and this didn't work. I'm at work with the new wireless connection and I used to be able to access the ITunes store at home, and now I can't. Any suggestions?!
