Hi - I have a pc running off Windows 2000. I am a complete technophobe! Recently I tried to clear a virus and managed to delete quite a few files which I probably should not have deleted. Specifically, files in the temporary internet folder. Since this happened, I can't open documents in websites i.e., application forms or job descriptions within a company website - councils/education boards etc. I can still open pictures in a website - like shopping websites, so its not all bad.

I need help please as I need to open some docs asap
thanks
