wmiprvse.exe application error & runtime errors

I read the FAQ's but didn't find an answer.
The wmiprvse.exe application error occurs at start up.
The runtime errors pop up when I change a page lines 1,90 154 178.
I downloaded spybot the other day, but the windows keep poping up.
I would appriciate your help.
My ISP is AOL, I have dial up service, so downloads are slow, but I get there.
