Hi

Help!!!
Tried to access my email (Yahoo.co.uk) account but unable to do so. I click on the shortcut which I have always used but keep getting the attached data. Never had this in the past and no idea why this is now happening. The identical happens when I try to open my hotmail account.

Must admit, the contents of the attachment don't really mean much to me.
Have tried without success to make a shortcut for both.

Any help appreciated.
