SSL Sites Wont Load

I have windows vista ultimate.

When i try to load www.neobux.com it just refuses to load because of the SSL.

What can I do??

neobux.com is not a secure website so doesn't use SSL -- how do you know the problem is an SSL issue?
Have you tried alternative web browsers for that site?

neobux.com is not a secured site.
I did not see what you posted about 256 bit encryption and it was not ssl.
Your firewall may be configured to deny ssl, check the settings in your fire wall.
