Can you give us some more information? When did this occur? Is this a BSOD error? What where you doing when it happened?

whats a BSOD error
this happen right after i install the window service pack 3 ,it turn all my icon in ink files and on the lower bottom it saying virus alert
I try to restore my pc nothing happen and i try to download fix cd it tell me i cant download it to my pc

Please go to the malware forum and follow the instructions at the top....Especially the CLICK HERE.
That will give you several steps that will help you clean up 70 percent of all problems by yourself. If at the end of the process you are still having difficulty--and you may not be-- then post a hijackthis log in THAT forum.
