Hello,
Can you boot in to safe mode?
When turning the machine on press F2 untill the computer beeps at you.
If you can get to the boot option menu you can try last known good configuratin or safe mode.
Do you have Norton antivirus?
Do you get any error messeges like can not find media or any other error messeges?

Try to do a system restore in safe mode.
What changes did you make before this happened?
Please include Windows updates as well as hardware or software changes.
