Hi All,

Please can any one help me that I am unable to install "audio device on high definition audio bus" drivers in lenovo 3000 g430.
Iam getting message as "installation failed as could not find media device for this driver "

please suggest me what to do. I dont have that media device drivers s/w, if you know please provide me.Iam using windows XP SP2.

Hi there vamshi, Welcome to Geeks To Go.

I suppose you have to do it manually.

Installation guide.
Running the audio driver. It should be extracted somewhere to your folder in C:\

• First, go to Control Panel > System >Device Manager
• OR Right click on My Computer, click Properties it will launch System
• Click Hardware tab then click on Device Manager

This will then load the device manager as shown.

• Right click on "audio device on high definition audio bus" and the select install driver
• When prompt to access the internet, choose “No, not this time”
• At the next window, choose “Install from a list of specific locations (advance)”
• A list of hardware will be listed. Select “sound, video and game controllers”
• Then select “have disk.”

Locate to your driver folder and search for the .inf file. Then move on until installation complete.
