I have turned off System Restore, started in safe mode, ran Ad-ware 6.0, Norton AntiVirus, Spybot all several times, even several times in a row and still get immediate pop ups, seems like most start off with a loadingwebsite.com window that quickly disappears. My son's Runescape account was burgled yesterday, that site says happens when keylogger software steals his password....a very mad 12 yr old! Results of cleaning software said I had download.trojan, backdoor.dsnx, ezula, TIB malware, 180 solutions, websearch, surfsidekick, delfin viewer, vx2, people on page...just to name a few. Started probs about 1 wk ago.

Here's my Hijack file: Please help Obie One Kanobi, you're my only hope....well I could wipe out my hard drive....augh.

Before you fix anything can you do me a huge favor and upload a folder at this forum:
http://www.thespykil...forum/index.php
You don't have to register there. Just follow the instructions and mention my name in your topic title, so I know it's for me.
It concerns this folder:
C:\WINDOWS\system32\F?nts
If you know how zip it up before you upload it.

Check the following items in HijackThis.
Close all windows except HijackThis and click Fix checked:

R3 - Default URLSearchHook is missing

O3 - Toolbar: (no name) - {CC90CDA0-74A0-45b4-80EF-D89CA8C249B8} - (no file)

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [picsvr] C:\WINDOWS\system32\picsvr\picsvr.exe

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [OKtDoh3] C:\WINDOWS\ekguekhl.exe

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [saap] c:\program files\180search assistant\saap.exe

O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [Eawl] C:\Documents and Settings\The Sipes\Application Data\cepr.exe
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [Lof] C:\WINDOWS\system32\F?nts\svchost.exe

O9 - Extra button: SideStep - {3E230861-5C87-11D3-A1C6-00105A1B41B8} - C:\WINDOWS\Downloaded Program Files\SbCIe028.dll

Download L2mfix from one of these two locations:

http://www.atribune....oads/l2mfix.exe
http://www.downloads....org/l2mfix.exe

Save the file to your desktop and double click l2mfix.exe. Click the Install button to extract the files and follow the prompts, then open the newly added l2mfix folder on your desktop. Close any programs you have open since this step requires a reboot.

From the l2mfix folder on your desktop, double click l2mfix.bat and select option #2 for Run Fix by typing 2 and then pressing enter, then press any key to reboot your computer. After a reboot, your desktop and icons will appear, then disappear (this is normal). L2mfix will continue to scan your computer and when it's finished, notepad will open with a log. Copy the contents of that log and paste it back into this thread, along with a new hijackthis log.

IMPORTANT: Do NOT run any other files in the l2mfix folder unless you are asked to do so!

Reboot into safe mode and delete:
C:\Documents and Settings\The Sipes\Application Data\cepr.exe
c:\program files\180search assistant <= entire folder
C:\WINDOWS\system32\picsvr <= entire folder
+ the folder you uploaded.

Boot back to normal and post a new HijackThis log.

That looks clean. :tazz:

You can fix this one:
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [MSConfig] C:\WINDOWS\PCHealth\HelpCtr\Binaries\MSConfig.exe /auto
if you are getting tired of getting a warning you are using advanced startup (msconfig) every time you boot up.

How is your computer behaving?

:tazz: Yay!! YOu're awesome! And to think you had the whole problem solved in less than 20 minutes of my time. I had spent AT LEAST 30 hours trying to get rid of this through tools already had and trying new ones, including a roque fixer. I'm making my Paypal donation.....why is this service free? Thanks Again, and God Bless,
